Careers and Employability Team Attend International Conference

Edina Baines and Katie Hankey from the college Careers and Employability Team recently spent some time with fellow professionals from across Europe at a 5-day conference in Croatia. The conference was organised as part of the Erasmus Project (European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) which is an EU funded programme that organises student exchanges. The theme of the conference was student support and retention in Further Education.

The conference provided the opportunity for the team to share best practice and discuss progressive ideas, and to experience first-hand how advice, guidance and support is delivered in a variety of countries.
